Dye & Durham consolidates teams to scale conveyancing risk reporting

“Data, and more importantly, the clarity of that data, is essential in any property transaction,” says D&D managing director Tom Durbin St George.

“We have combined the foresight of Terrafirma, the data expertise of Future Climate Info, and the operational understanding of Lawyer Checker, into a team that is focussed on delivering that clarity to property professionals,” he adds.

Ground hazard reporting firm Terrafirma was acquired by Vancouver-based D&D in May last year for £12m.

According to D&D, this latest move will combine fraud prevention, environmental and climate change reporting, and ground hazard reporting, into a service that protects conveyancers against risk and enables consumers to make .rmed buying decisions.
