The only question I get asked more than “is the market going to crash” is “should I buy a house right now?”. The answer to the first one is still NO. And I’m explaining why in the video. But whether or not you should buy right now really depends on you. So how do you know the answer? When you’re thinking of purchasing a home, you need to ask yourself a series of questions:
-Does your budget say it’s time to buy a house?
-Do you have the funds to pay for purchase costs (downpayment, fees, etc)?
-What kind of lifestyle cost is involved?
-What else could you be doing with that money?
Depending on your answers, you might not be ready to buy a house. But I can promise you that the very first step, before any of these others, is the most important. Budget!!! Once that is in line, then you have the green light to consider these other questions.
